Depending on the type of the problem which callers are adressing to us, along with SOS service, a free legal service is operating as well, and that service communicates with the competent institutions, requires detail review of the case and if its confirmed  that there are violations of children rights, service can demand appropriate respond of the institution in accordance to their responsibilities in the best interest of children.
