Forum on topic “Educational Inclusion of children that doesn’t go to schools in the municipality of Aerodrom” First Children's Embassy in the world Megjashi on August 26th, 2009, within the project "Macedonia without Discrimination" organized a forum on topic "Educational inclusion of the children that doesn’t go to schools in the municipality of Aerodrom.
The purpose of this Forum is to animate all the relevant factors that may contribute on overcoming the problem of children which are not included in the regular educational system and to provide mechanisms for their inclusion.
On the forum were present representatives from the Municipality of Aerodrom, from primary school for adults AS "Makarenko”, from primary schools in the Municipality of Aerodrom, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and Bureau for Development of Education, the civil society that works with children who are not involved in the educational process and representatives of daily Canters for the street children. Also the forum was attended by parents whose children attend the day care Canters and the children by themselves.
Moderators of the forum were: Gordana Pirkovska Zmijanac - Program manager and founder of the First children's embassy in the world Megjashi and Enisa Eminovska - Member of the working group for preparation of the multidisciplinary protocols for referral of street children - victims of abuse.
The forum was held in the premises of the EU Info-Centre.
